Perayaan Milad Muhammadiyah ke-112 dan HUT PGRI ke-79 diawali dengan upacara bendera pada pagi hari dan dilanjutkan dengan penampilan seni tari rapai geleng oleh siswa SMA Muhammadiyah dari sanggar tunas melati. Selanjutnya kata sambutan dari kepala sekolah, pentingnya pendidikan dan membangun karakter siswa. “Muhammadiyah telah berusia 112 tahun, fokus awal muhammadiyah adalah mendirikan sekolah bagi kalangan yang non priyayi, bahwa pendidikan tidak hanya dimiliki oleh kalangan bangsawan melainkan pendidikan itu wajib disemua kalangan”. Ujar Wildan Sani Rasyid S.Pd.I.,M.Ed. Selain itu sesi selanjutnya adalah penyerahan pengahargaan bagi siswa dan siswi berprestasi dan siswa teladan.
Peryaan milad ke-112 yang mengusung tema “Menghadirkan Kemakmuran untuk Semua” dan tema HUT PGRI ke-79 “Guru Bermutu, Indonesia Maju”
Pada puncak acara pada hari selasa 26 November 2024 mengadakan makan bersama dan penampilan bakat seni musik, dan drama yang ditampilakan langsung oleh para siswa dan siswi SMA.
