Irwan Akib, M.Pd menandatangani peresmian SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Banda Aceh sebagai sekolah digital, dan ditanda tangani Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah Aceh A Malik Musa, SH., M.Hum dan Ketua Majelis Pendidikan Dasar Menengah dan PNF PWM Aceh, Dr Islamdar Hasibuan M.Pd. Peresmian ini berlangsung pada Pembukaan Rakerwil Majelis Dikdasmen dan PNF Di Hermes Palace Hotel, Banda Aceh 23 September 2023
Majelis dikdasmen dan PNF Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah Aceh tahun ini akan memperkuat Digitalisasi di sekolah-sekolah sehingga sekolah Muhammadiyah mampu untuk mempersembahkan peserta didik dengan bekal digital yang baik dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi terkini.
Dr Iskandar hasibuan M.Pd menyampaikan “Sekolah Muhammadiyah aceh tahun 2023 semua harus bertransformasi ke pembelajaran digital termasuk sistem informasi sekolah. Peresmian sebagai sekolah digital ini diberikan kepada Kepala Sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Banda Aceh Wildan Sani Rasyid, S.Pd.I., M.Ed yang akan menggunakan EDUMU sebagai Sistem Aplikasi Digital Muhammadiyah di Sekolah. “Alhamdulillah SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Banda Aceh akan memulai tahun ini menggunakan Aplikasi EDUMU dan siap untuk menjadi sekolah digital, dan akan menjadi momentum penting sekolah untuk menjadi sekolah unggulan di Banda Aceh.
Dan momen ini juga akan menambah semangat guru dan siswa dalam melakukan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah.
